Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to UK residents only. Aged between 7 and 25 years old on the closing date of Wednesday 12th August 2020.
Positive Role Models reserves the right to request proof of age as well as a parent's or guardian's consent.
Only ONE entry is allowed. The first entry will be considered, subsequent entries will be disregarded.
Entries will only be considered when submitted via the online mechanism, with questions answered in full. Only entries in English will be considered.
Parental permission is needed for young people under the age of 16. Positive Role Models reserves the right to contact the entrant and request parental permission. If this is not provided on request the entry will be disqualified.
Entries must be received by Positive Role Models by no later than 23:59:59 on 12th August 2020. Late entries will be disqualified.
Positive Role Models cannot take any responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction, which may result in any entry being delayed, or not properly registered or recorded.
No cash alternative is available.
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize is not transferable.
Only one prize is being offered, to one person.
Positive Role Models will notify the winners by email (to the email address provided) on Friday 21st August 2020. We may ask winners to provide I.D before we send you the prize.
Failure to claim prize: Positive Role Models will make all reasonable attempts to notify the winner. If we are not able to contact potential winners by 6pm on Monday 24th August 2020, then we may withdraw your prize entitlement, select another winner at random from among the valid entries.
Delivery of prize: winners will be invited to collect their prize from the Positive Role Models base, in Tottenham, London, United Kingdom. If the winner is under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
FINAL DECISION: Positive Role Models decision is final. No correspondence will be entered regarding the selection of the winner.
CONSENT TO USE NAME AND IMAGE: Positive Role Models may require the winners to participate in publicity or advertising. By entering this competition, you agree that we may use your name and/or image for these purposes and that you will not be paid. If you are under the age of 16, parental / legal guardian consent will be requested.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. When you give us the information we ask you for as part of the competition, we’ll use it as needed to conduct the competition, we’ll use it as needed to conduct the competition as we’ve described in these terms. We may also use it for other reasons, but we’ll ask for your permission before we do.
